Shipping Across India

We currently ship across India to serviceable PIN codes.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India, with no minimum order value.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Our ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Certain products, including made-to-order or specially sourced pieces, may require additional processing time. Any such timelines will be communicated on the respective product page or at the time of purchase.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, standard orders typically reach you within 4–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our control.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be offered on select products and serviceable PIN codes for an additional charge of ₹300, where available.

The applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or other contact details provided at checkout.

You can use these details to follow your order's journey.

Packaging & Handling

Each 18Sixteen Home piece is carefully packed with appropriate protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assist you in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable law.

Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code and contact details are accurate when placing an order.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, incomplete information or repeated unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
